I have decided to create a new category and post just a few things on my gym work and my fitness training. I hope some people will comment and give their opinions or even ask questions.

I swam for Great Britain and am a qualified personal trainer with a HND in Coach Education & Sports Performance from Bath University Performance Centre I really know my own body and train well and hard, and I seem to get good results I want to excell on this before I begin to get over the hill! LOL. Any information/links that can help me along the way will be much appreciated.
